History
Les Deux Pigeons is based on an 18th design by Jean-Batiste Reveillon ((France 1725 - 1811). It is truly a sumptuous and beautiful design. With garlands of flowers and leaves, trailing tassels and birds in motion the design is alive with detail and joy! 
This design is available in a variety of colours (the original being close to "Bachelors Buttons" which is a soft orangey red and cream). 
 
Colour: Lady's smock is a neutral greyish blue on a soft old white background.  The colour will differ from what you can see on your phone or your computer - this is because our screens are different to how a printer will print the colour. 
 
The pattern would look equally as comfortable in both a drawing room and a bedroom. 
 
The Print
Individually printed to order onto high quality paper with high detail and colour definition. The image shown on this website does not reflect the quality of the printed item. The printed item will be of a much higher quality with no blur or undefined print. Colours will be crisp and clean.
Approx, 10" high x 23" long
The pattern repeats at the left and right edges.
Because of the length of the wallpaper I shall roll it to post it. All 4 edges are selvage which protects the edges of the design from any accidental scuffing. This selvage will need to be cut away. 
 
Do you require taller paper?
If you require a taller paper the please do contact me. There is no maximum height. As a rule I charge £1 per inch (in height) and an additional £5 per set up per design.
